1Overview

Overland GTM provides business-to-business go-to-market services. This policy distinguishes information received from website visitors and customers from business contact information processed while delivering an approved client engagement.

The exact legal entity acting as controller, its registered address and a dedicated privacy contact have not yet been verified for publication. Those details require privacy review before this policy is used for self-service contracting.

2Information We Process

Depending on how you interact with Overland GTM, information may include contact and company details, scheduling information, website technical data, commercial order information, service selections, correspondence and records generated through business interactions.

We do not claim to collect every category in every interaction. The information processed depends on the website feature, purchase or agreed client scope involved.

3Website Usage and Analytics

The production website uses Vercel Analytics. It may process technical and usage information such as page visits, device or browser information, referrer information and network-derived information used to understand site performance and usage.

The authenticated private operations area uses a session cookie to maintain an authorized session. The current site audit did not detect advertising tags, a newsletter tracker, or application use of local storage or session storage for persistent public-user data. Providers may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own services and configuration.

4Customer and Checkout Information

Where commercial checkout is available, the application may collect legal company name, company website, registered address, billing email, authorized buyer name, role and work email, registration number where supplied, preferred kickoff date, selected services, event details where relevant and agreement confirmations.

This information is used to validate the order, create or update commercial records, arrange service delivery, support billing and maintain evidence of the agreed scope.

5Payment Processing

Stripe processes payment information for applicable Overland GTM purchases. Payment details supplied directly to Stripe are handled through Stripe's systems and according to its own policies.

Overland GTM may receive payment-related information such as a Stripe Customer identifier, payment and invoice status, subscription status, masked payment-method information where returned and transaction references. The public Overland application is not designed to receive or store full card numbers, bank-account credentials, raw IBANs or bank login information.

See Stripe's privacy information for information about Stripe's own processing.

6Scheduling Through Calendly

Links for GTM Strategy Calls and partner conversations direct visitors to Calendly. Calendly may process information entered during scheduling and operates its own service and privacy practices. Overland GTM may receive the booking details needed to prepare for and conduct the scheduled conversation.

7Managed GTM Business-Contact Data

In an approved managed GTM engagement, Overland GTM may process business contact information needed to perform the agreed work. Depending on scope, this may include company information, professional contact details, job title, business email, business phone, professional social profile, account research, commercial interaction history, meeting information, CRM data, sales notes and pipeline context.

These professional contacts are not necessarily Overland GTM customers. Information may be processed on behalf of a client to perform approved email, LinkedIn, calling, SMS, WhatsApp, reply-handling or follow-up operations. The lawful basis and marketing-law requirements applicable to each activity depend on context, location, channel and client instructions and remain subject to professional review.

8Meeting Intelligence

Where configured and legally permitted, services may involve meeting scheduling, recording, transcription, summaries, action items, commercial signals and CRM-ready notes. Not every meeting is recorded or transcribed.

Recording and transcription depend on participant notice, consent requirements, applicable law, client policy and the tools configured for the engagement.

9Sources of Information

Information may come directly from clients or website visitors, permitted professional or business-data sources, publicly available business information, connected client systems, service providers in an approved workflow and information generated through business interactions.

10Service Providers

Overland GTM may use service providers for hosting, scheduling, payments, CRM, communications, meeting intelligence, analytics, data enrichment, telephony and supporting infrastructure. Stripe and Calendly are directly visible in current website flows. Other providers depend on the client scope and configured workflow.

11Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain appropriate business records, meet legal or accounting obligations, handle disputes and support security. Exact retention periods have not been verified for publication and require professional privacy review.

12Security

Overland GTM uses appropriate technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information in the context of its services. No internet transmission, system or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13International Processing

Overland GTM may work with clients, business contacts and service providers in different countries. Information may therefore be processed outside the country where it was collected. The specific transfer safeguards and jurisdictional requirements have not been verified and require legal and privacy review.

14Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent. These rights do not apply identically in every jurisdiction.

A dedicated privacy request email or postal address has not yet been verified. Until one is published, a request can be initiated through the verified Overland GTM scheduling channel. A verified privacy contact is required before self-service contracting is enabled.

15Children

Overland GTM provides business-to-business services and the website and commercial services are not directed to children.

16Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be reflected by updating the policy version, effective date or last-updated date shown above. Historical wording should not be treated as silently replaced where a material revision applies.

17Contact

The verified public trading name is Overland GTM. A legal entity name, registered address, registration number, VAT number, DPO identity and dedicated privacy email have not been verified in the project and are intentionally not invented here.

You can initiate contact through the GTM Strategy Call booking page. Commercial engagements are also subject to the Services Agreement and Commercial Terms.
